ATL -Trading on the Exchange

Following the non dividend distribution decision taken by the Ordinary General Assembly of "ARAB TUNISIAN LEASE", held on 1st july 2020, the new subscribed shares (7 500 000), issued by the capital increase decided by the Extraordinary General Assembly of 25 january2019, will be assimilated to the old shares (25 000 000) and traded on the same line from 8th July 2020.
